Compagnia Oximoron went west. After a long journey through the interstates roads of US, we arrived in the Humboldt county. The Redwood Forest on one side and the ocean on the other, give to the landscape a strong character. We met sea lions and deers, birds that we haven’t seen before. This special fauna told us to stay here for a little longer and so we do. To make the experience even stronger we will give a workshop here, getting in touch with people of a culture that seems similar to ours but is very different. Looking forward to experience this new cultural exchange, we are grateful to have been welcomed and happy for everything that comes.
We will soon be back to the old Europe in our beloved Bologna and we are planning to give a workshop there in December. Stay tuned with us and keep on following our footprints.
Sulle strade della California
Compagnia Oxymoron è andata ad ovest. Dopo un lungo viaggio sulle strade statali degli Stati Uniti, siamo arrivati nella contea di Humboldt. La foresta di Redwood da un lato e l’oceano dall’altro, danno al paesaggio un carattere fortissimo. Abbiamo incontrato leoni di mare, cervi e uccelli mai visti prima. Questa insolita fauna ci ha detto di rimanere e così stiamo facendo. Per rendere questa esperienza ancora più intensa, daremo un laboratorio qui, entrando in contatto con persone che appartengono ad una cultura che è simile alla nostra solo in apparenza, ma in realtà è molto diversa. Non vediamo l’ora di sperimentare questo scambio culturale e siamo grati per essere stati accolti e felici per tutto quello che arriverà.
Torneremo presto nella vecchia Europa, nella nostra amata Bologna, dove stiamo pianificando un laboratorio in Dicembre. Rimanete connessi e continuate a seguire le nostre impronte.
